The following is the Workshop Policies and Agreement between YOU, the Participant and Emma Wand, Jasmin Sleeman and Rebecca Zacher, the Instructors.

The workshop fee is non-refundable. The workshop fee may be transferred to another Participant upon approval from the Instructor if the Participant has paid the workshop in full. Transferring is the responsibility of the Participant. If the Participant fails to pay according to the payment schedule outlined by the Instructor, the Participant will forfeit his/her seat in the workshop and will not be entitled to a refund. 

In the unfortunate event that the Instructor/s becomes ill or for any other reason unable to conduct the workshop, a rescheduled date for the workshop will be offered within one year from the date of the original workshop and your deposit will be secured for the rescheduled date. If the Instructor cannot offer to reschedule the workshop and instead cancels the workshop entirely, then your deposit and further instalments will be refunded.

All information discussed, given, or shared with you at the workshop is for the Participant only and should not be discussed in part, or in its entirety, with any photographer or persons who have not attended the workshop. All materials are protected under copyright law and should not be distributed without the expressed consent of the Instructor.

There will be behind-the-scenes photos and films taken on the day. By purchasing a ticket to attend this workshop and signing the contract, you give the Instructors permission to use this content for social media, advertising, website, printing and in future workshops.

Participants MUST credit the "Feel Good Folk" workshop when posting workshop images on social media. Posts specific to an Instructor must also be attributed to that specific Instructor.
